Searching for an Image.

Finding an Image is easy. Just use one of the forms in the Main Gallery page. You can search by keyword(s) in all or in a specific category, or to display all entries in a category (for example to display all the existing entries in "Buildings").

Can't find the Image(s) you are looking for?

Avoid using generic terms describing your search like buildings, skyscraper, street etc. Do not use punctuation marks with your keywords. Try different keywords and search in all categories.

If you are still cannot find what you are looking for we will shoot the images you want to buy... Visit our Custom New York section for more information. You can also try our site map, or you can just let us know what you are looking for. We really love to hear from you!

Purchases, Pricing and Downloads.

After you find the Image(s) you want you license you can see the Royalty Free pricing information for the Image(s) by clicking on the "Price" button found on the upper right corner of the popup window.

For Rights-Managed Image(s) pricing you will have to contact us with the following information: the Images(s) you would like to license, start date of the use, duration, territory, your industry and use of the Image(s).

There are two methods of payment, with a check or with a credit card (a PayPal account is required).

Licensed Images can be downloaded online in a zip or raw format (RGB), or delivered to you in a CD-ROM for an extra cost.

Refunds.

For any reason, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase or an image. Since customers are buying a License to use the image and not the image itself, canceling a purchase revokes your right to use the image. We'll issue a full refund upon receipt of a completed and signed Electronic Software Declaration of Removal form. We do not offer refunds in cash or by cheque. Refunds are issued only for digital copies and there is absolutely no refund for printed copies ordered by a customer.
